MONTREAL, October 12, 2017 — C2RO Cloud Robotics, provider of an artificial intelligence SaaS platform, today announced the appointment of Riccardo Badalone as Chief Executive Officer. Badalone takes the reins from founder Soodeh Farokhi PhD., who will now focus more on advancing the company’s technology and product vision as Chief Technology Officer.
Badalone comes to C2RO with a successful track record in architecting and building early-stage companies in the enterprise cloud computing space. Most notably, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Diablo Technologies, which he grew to over one hundred employees worldwide and pioneered several Cloud and Virtualization technologies including Software Defined Memory and Memory Channel Storage. His background also includes senior leadership roles at Nortel Networks and Matrox Graphics.

Badalone and Farokhi will work together to build on C2RO’s early success with key partners and customers to extend the reach of the company’s technology platform within the hot Robotics market.
